From the “Home” screen and the left menu, you can access your instances under the “My Services” link. You can either access ALL of them or address individually the Development / Staging and Production instances.
When displaying the list of instances, the main information is available, including the instance name, price, and status. Click on the Arrow button.
This information is available in the top-right corner of your screen. The following cases are available:
The instance is running.
The Odoo service is running.
The instance is stopped.
The Odoo service is not running.

The status of your instance is available in the top-right corner of your screen. The standard status of a newly deployed instance is the following:
The instance is running.
The Odoo service is running.
The following action buttons are available at the bottom of the screen:
STOP SERVER: This allows you to stop the instance where the Odoo service is running. This means that all Odoo services become completely unavailable until the instance is restarted.
After clicking on the STOP SERVER button, you will need to re-confirm before the instance is stopped. The instance will shut down and the control panel will switch to the following display:
START SERVER: This button is only available if the server was previously stopped (See STOP SERVER section)
After clicking on the START SERVER button, you will need to re-confirm before the instance starts.
NB: It can take up to 1 minute between the moment the START SERVER button is pressed and the instance is up and running again.
REBOOT SERVER: This button allows you to restart the instance.
After clicking on the REBOOT SERVER button, you will need to re-confirm before the instance restarts.
NB: It can take up to 1 minute between the moment the REBOOT SERVER button is pressed and the instance is up and running again.
REBUILD SERVER: This button allows you to re-deploy the instance from scratch. This is a good way to clean-up a previous Staging or Development instance and start afresh.
After clicking on the REBUILD SERVER button, you will need to re-confirm before the instance is rebuilt.
NB: It can take up to 30 minutes between the moment the REBUILD SERVER button is pressed and the instance is up and running again. All data will be lost.
DESTROY SERVER: This button is not accessible unless you first stop the server with the STOP SERVER button. Once the server is stopped, you can see the following:
Clock on the DESTROY SERVER button. A confirmation message will pop up and you shall be required to choose a reason for the destruction.
NB: The reason for destroying the instance is for informational purposes only.
UPGRADE SERVER: This button allows you to increase your instance workers and storage capacity without requiring you to redeploy or re-install anything. It is a convenient feature to scale up a running deployment.
This UPGRADE SERVER button is not accessible unless you first stop the server with the STOP SERVER button. Once the server is stopped, you can see the following:
Once you click on the UPGRADE SERVER button, you will be required to select a new offer. The new price will be displayed for each new offer you select.
You will need to click on the “proceed” button to activate the upgrade. You should get the following message:
NB: It is not possible to scale down the instances.
You can refresh your instance status from the console page.
