¶ Verification and validation
Upon acceptance of your OTP code, you shall be redirected to the homepage.
Click on the “Complete my profile” button and the following Profile Wizard shall be displayed:
¶ Contact address
NB: If you are planning to use a billing address that differs from your contact address, then you should consider filling in the following fields as “Contact information” first. Another option will allow you later to use the same information for billing purposes or fill in other details.
The available fields are:
- Name: This information should already be available from your previous sign-up screen input. Please note that you can still modify it at this time.
- Phone Number: This field is not mandatory. It could become useful for advanced support contact for instance..
- Email: This information should already be available from your previous sign-up screen input. Since it is related with the authentication and password, it cannot be changed. NB: It will be possible to add other emails and team members later with the user management feature.
- Address: This field is mandatory.
- Address 2: This additional field is not mandatory.
- City: This field is mandatory.
- Zip: This field is not mandatory.
- VAT: This field might not be visible if you signed up as a private individual. For companies, this information should already be available from your previous sign-up screen input. Please note that you can still modify it at this time.
- Country: This field is mandatory.
- State: This field is not mandatory.
Once the mandatory fields have been filled-in, you may click the “Next” button, and you will be redirected to the “billing information” page:
¶ Billing address
NB: The check-box on top allows you to automatically replicate the previous information into the billing coordinates if such is your wish.
The available fields are:
- Name: This information should already be available from your previous sign-up screen input. Please note that you can still modify it at this time.
- Phone Number: This field is not mandatory. It could become useful for advanced support contact for instance..
- Email: This information should already be available from your previous sign-up screen input. Since it is related to the authentication and password, it cannot be changed. NB: It will be possible to add other emails and team members later with the user management feature.
- Address: This field is mandatory since it is required for the invoicing process.
- Address 2: This additional field is not mandatory. It will be used to complete the Address field for long addresses. It is displayed in the invoice address if filled-in.
- City: This field is mandatory since it is required for the invoicing process.
- Zip: This field is not mandatory. It is displayed in the invoice address if filled-in.
- VAT: This field might not be visible if you signed up as a private individual. For companies, this information should already be available from your previous sign-up screen input. Please note that you can still modify it at this time.
- Country: This field is mandatory since it is required for the invoicing process.
- State: This field is not mandatory. It is displayed in the invoice address if filled-in.
Upon completion, please click on the “Submit” button to save your billing profile details. You shall be redirected to the next section.
¶ Credit card details
IMPORTANT:
- Entering your credit card details at this stage is NOT committing you to make any purchase.
- There is no fee deducted or any transaction of any sort.
- Credit Card Validation allows our platform to validate your user identity through a banking approval.
The following card types are accepted:
- Visa (https://www.visa.com)
- Master Card (https://www.mastercard.com/)
- American Express (https://www.americanexpress.com/)
- UnionPay (https://www.unionpayintl.com/en/)
Once you click on the “Submit” button, the card information will be checked. Upon success, you will be redirected to the Home page.
